The README explained decisions, RFCs and specs, and left the other nine types for the HANDBOOK, so a reader never learned they exist or when they are worth it.

  • New README subsection The other types, for when you need them: one table (what each type answers, when to reach for it), plus the type counts of the first production adoption: decisions, specs and RFCs carry the weight; no tasks, playbooks or prompts.
  • HANDBOOK's Artifacts section had no Playbook entry; added.

Docs only. Links checked; npm test 66/66, knowledge:check ok.
