What

  • examples/marketplace/: the businesses domain of the first production adoption, copied as it stood on 2026-09-29. It holds 10 accepted Decision Records, 2 current specs, 2 RFCs (one accepted, one draft) and the backfill baseline (draft). drafted_by and approved_by are intact.
  • README: the field-evidence section now links the excerpt instead of promising evidence later, and the excerpt is added to the examples list. It also carries the earlier onboarding copy from this branch (brownfield vs. greenfield notes).

What changed from the original

  • IDs carry an MP- prefix (DR-034 → MP-DR-034) so they do not collide with this repo's own records.
  • Frontmatter references and scope values that point outside the domain were dropped, because the validator rejects missing targets. Body text still cites them.
  • The product's name and city were removed.
  • CONTEXT.md was regenerated for the new paths.
  • The application code is not included; the code-map paths and file:line citations point to the private codebase.

Checks

  • npm run knowledge:check: ok (60 documents checked; the only warnings are the framework RFCs' existing stale warnings)
  • npm run knowledge:context -- --check: ok
  • npm test: 65 pass, 0 fail

…tion

The businesses domain, copied as it stood on 2026-09-29: ten accepted
decisions, two current specs, two RFCs and the backfill baseline, with
drafted_by/approved_by intact. IDs carry an MP- prefix, frontmatter
references and scopes outside the domain are dropped so the validator
passes, and the product's name and city are removed. The README now links
the excerpt instead of promising evidence later.
