Elementary OS 8 Circle - Freezes at Startup

What Happened?

I am running Elementary OS 8 Circle on a chromebook board name Lillipup.

When i turn off, or restart the laptop when it arrives at the login screen the laptop freezes for at least 30 seconds at most a minute.

When it freezes i can move my cursor but the system is unresponsive, not letting me put input into the UI at all.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Shut Down / Restart
2. Turn on the Laptop
3. Then it will Freeze for 30 sec or more.

Expected Behavior

Elementary OS 8 Circle, is supposed to be fast, snappy, modern, classy almost like a mac book it should not freeze every time i start the computer.

This was very likely fixed in #779! An update should go out for this later today.

I updated it, but the operating system at boot is still freezes (just happens for a shorter duration) and now when i log out, or lock, and sign in again my mouse will disappear. Furthermore sometimes the operating system crashes entirely when i try to lock back in after a brief period of time.
