New release with new versions (alpine + rsync)

Nice image. But a bit outdated.
In this case, the base image is Alpine 3.22.1 (pinned), while Alpine is generally at version 3.24.
A similar situation exists with rsync. The image uses rsync 3.0, while rsync 3.5 appears to be latest current version.
