shutdown_clients is replaced by shutdown_clients_timeout, which also allows everything in between its two endpoints: a reload can keep the existing sessions running for a while, e.g. to take new SSL certificates into use without disconnecting anyone. Also documents the new service type=client, "doveadm reload --kick-timeout", the generation and kill_time columns in "doveadm process status" and "doveadm service status", and "doveadm service status -a".
