Summary

Aligns the highest-risk portal claims with the current WhatsApp Platform implementation.

The patch:

• removes unsupported SLA metrics and scoring;
• removes advanced dashboard/analytics claims;
• reframes the demo as illustrative;
• removes unsupported pricing entitlements;
• positions AI as supervised automation;
• removes unsupported real-operation proof;
• preserves the Portal Brand UI V2;
• does not change WhatsApp Platform runtime.

• Automation page does not promise unattended 24/7 replies
• Product hub and the cost article do not claim real customer operations
• Do not merge and do not deploy production
