Summary

Refines the DevFlow portal home around one conversion job:
Agendar diagnóstico.

The change:

  • reduces home from 15 to 9 sections;
  • removes unsupported production/performance claims;
  • clearly labels demo data as illustrative;
  • reduces repetitive product messaging;
  • preserves the consultative implementation flow;
  • moves the final conversion CTA before ecosystem distractions;
  • reduces the hero from three competing actions to a primary/secondary hierarchy;
  • preserves the existing design system.

Conversion hierarchy

Primary:
Agendar diagnóstico → /contato

Secondary:
Ver demo → /demo

Tertiary:
WhatsApp.

Credibility changes

Removed unsupported/demo-as-production references including:

  • LIVE / Produção;
  • fictitious volume and performance numbers;
  • “números reais”;
  • “não é mockup”;
  • anonymous pseudo-social-proof sections.

Remaining dashboard is explicitly labeled as illustrative/demo content.

Section architecture

Before:
15 sections.

After:
9 sections.

  1. Hero
  2. Technical strip
  3. Problem / what changes
  4. How it works
  5. What enters the operation
  6. FAQ
  7. Final CTA
  8. Free tools
  9. Other products

Analytics

Existing funnel_cta_click preserved for relevant conversion surfaces:

  • hero_primary
  • hero_secondary
  • final_cta_primary
  • final_cta_secondary
  • hero_whatsapp
  • how_it_works_primary
  • how_it_works_demo
  • faq_whatsapp

Validation

  • focused home tests: 3 passed (vitest run src/app/__tests__/home-conversion.test.tsx);
  • affected ESLint (--max-warnings 0): pass;
  • button governance (pnpm check:buttons): pass;
  • design-system lint (pnpm -w run lint:design-system): pass with historical WhatsApp color warnings only;
  • pnpm exec next build: pass, including TypeScript and 91 static pages;
  • local smoke via next start: /, /contato, /demo returned 200.

Home HTML contained /contato, /demo and Dados ilustrativos, and did not contain LIVE, 1.247, 74%, 2m12s or Ver exemplo real.

Known unrelated local issues

  • standalone tsc --noEmit currently reports unrelated pre-existing types in Lead, auditLog and financeiroLead;
  • pnpm -w run build hit a Windows EPERM while renaming the Prisma query engine during prisma generate;
  • direct Next build passed.

Those issues are not fixed by this PR and are not treated as a portal-home regression.

Non-goals

  • visual redesign;
  • pricing;
  • customer case;
  • dental-specific landing;
  • new analytics stack;
  • product feature changes.

Test plan

  • Preview desktop: one primary CTA, subordinate demo, illustrative dashboard label, final CTA before tools
  • Preview mobile: CTA stack, FAQ, no overflow
  • Confirm /contato and /demo from the preview CTAs
  • Confirm CI required checks

Stop presenting illustrative dashboard data as customer results and make diagnosis the only primary home CTA.
