スプリント m8d（#488）の確定仕様化。#463 の設計（
issues/issue-463-design.md）と要求（issues/issue-463-requirements.md）を、今のコードに合わせた確定仕様
docs/specifications/vscode-server-volume.mdへ書き直し、作業文書を消す。docs/user/container-operations.mdは利用者向けの手順で、不変条件 I1〜I11・片付けの並べ方・所有者の直し・旧形式の案内の契約を持たないため、別の仕様にしたdocs/specifications/cli-argument-resolution.mdは実装 PR（#454 を実装する（スプリント m8d） #486）で直し済み。この PR では触らないdocs/specifications/post-start.mdは実装 PR（#374 を実装する（スプリント m8d） #487）で直し済み。この PR では触らない変更
docs/specifications/vscode-server-volume.mdbinの所有者の直し・旧形式の案内・データ・テスト観点issues/issue-463-design.md・issues/issue-463-requirements.mddocs/glossary/glossary.json・docs/glossary.mdspec-finalize）実装と照らして設計から直したところ
binの所有者の直しの時間の上限 10 秒と、stat -c/stat -fの読み方を書いた決定との違い
無し（文書だけの変更）。
検査
