New users on web landed on an empty window with no hint of what to do. A centered dialog now explains what dbscope does, how to connect (the web copy explains the pg proxy), and what to try next, with an "Add a connection…" button that starts the connection flow. It opens once, only when no connections are saved and no command-line auto-connect is running, and Help ▸ Welcome… reopens it. New users, especially on web, landed on an empty window with no hint of what to do. This adds a centered welcome dialog (
lib/shell/welcome_dialog.dart) with the dbscope logo. It explains what dbscope does and walks through three steps: connect, explore tables, and ask questions. The web copy explains that the browser connects throughdbscope_pg_proxyand links to its README and the Mac app.ui.welcomeSeeninUiPrefs), no connections are saved, and noDBSCOPE_AUTO_*launch is connecting.
