Completes the integration assessment for test 4.2.1.6 on the protoEMDS Final Stack (EDC-based, IONOS CaaS).

Scope

• DSP TLS, connector authentication, DID web TLS, management API key enforcement (scored)
  Web UI TLS/login and secure log storage (supplementary evidence)
  Contract/policy semantics, negotiation API access, trace viewer confidentiality, log persistence, credential lifecycle handed off to their owning tests

• 8 core + 2 supplementary evidence artifacts under test_4_2_1_6/code-protoemds_final_stack/
• Minimal evidence-manifest.md (ID, test step, artifact, capture date, status)
• Published security assessment page and deployment overview update
