This draft contains only the clean DataFusion candidate: target-owned Arrow/Parquet compression features, browser-safe disk and entropy behavior, precise unavailable-codec errors, an in-memory/browser HTTP Parquet runtime profile, and graph/toolchain checks.
Daxis dependency pins are intentionally isolated on
poc/wasm32-browser-stackand are not part of this candidate diff. Canonical upstream PRs are out of scope for this POC.
