I run Fullspec Studio, a small software studio in Utah that builds across the whole spectrum: infrastructure, interface, and intelligence. Before the studio, I spent about 19 years building distributed systems, payments infrastructure, and developer platforms at companies like Moov Financial and Cricut.

Some fun facts
- Fullspec Studio isn't my first company. I've founded or co-founded a few others, including a SaaS platform for real estate developers, an app that let athletes compare their performance with pro athletes, and a dev consulting agency
- The "full spectrum" in Fullspec is literal: over about 19 years I've been the specialist on each layer of the stack in turn (infrastructure, data, backend, frontend), going deep on one at a time
- My favorite programming language is Go, followed by Python, TypeScript (and Node.js), Lua, Swift, Dart, Ruby, Elixir, Rust, Java, and then PHP
- I've worked on some fairly large-scale systems, including data pipelines ingesting TBs of data every day (with an AWS bill averaging well over $1 million per month), an e-commerce site whose database averaged 12,000 queries per second under normal load, and a payments platform handling more than 5,000 requests per second
