"value || true" made cliAutoManaged always enabled, so unchecking the setting kept auto-downloading the CLI. Use "??" to honor an explicit false. Also log the terminal CLI success path as info instead of error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
