…d document marketplace install - Relocate moved citations of kept pages when a source update settles; report changed ones as reference_warnings. - Allow up to three files and eight regions per fragment; accept ATX heading locators. - Keep sources added with task adjust citable by queued revision pages without discarding prepared ones. - Translation drafts start from the stale translation with a Git source_diff; drop source_parts. - Document installing the c4a plugin from this repository's plugin marketplace in Claude Code and Codex. reference_warnings.headinglocators accept an ATX marker.context task adjust.
