fix(v0.7.67): leave source-region checks to verify instead of package builds - #68

… builds context build no longer reads registered sources or adds 'Source regions need review' notices to pages, so publishing builds do not need source checkouts. context verify still reports changed, moved and missing regions. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
