Changes

• Raise startVersion to 22.0.0, the oldest maintained Node line, and drop the allowedVersions regex. It only excluded old EOL lines, which won't get new releases.
• Each run then only checks and updates the 22.x and newer releases, so it's shorter. The existing releases of older versions stay as they are.
