Summary

This PR brings the organization repository in line with the current GitHub stewardship standard. The repository now holds only rules, data, documents and thin callers. Reusable workflows and shared checks move to computer-mcp/github-workflows.

• Rules: MAINTENANCE now declares:

  • the maintainer identity and SSH signing, with a Signing section;
  • which commits GitHub signs, and Dependabot as an allowed author;
  • Conventional Commit types for messages and pull request titles;
  • no tool or agent attribution, while real human co-authors may be credited;
  • no machine paths or references into .agent/;
  • lowercase scripts/, the .github/assets/ layout and the move of reusable workflows to github-workflows.

• Removed:

  • Brand/ (renderer, configuration, exports and brand lock);
  • Scripts/, PluginRuntime/, Tests/ and the plugin release guide;
  • the brand-check, plugin-release and plugin-runtime workflows.

  Members pin these by commit, so their CI is unaffected until each member's own pull request switches to github-workflows.

• Profile and social previews:

  • profile/catalog.json lists the public repositories by the reader's job, each with its outcome sentence, icon, kind, title and About.
  • profile/README.md and this repository's social preview are rendered from DESIGN and the catalog by the github-readme-design toolchain.
  • The mark and avatar are in profile/assets/.
  • The old README headers retire; member READMEs move to the standard first screen.

• Design sources:

  • App and Apple CLI icon layers move to .github/design/icons/<name>/layers/.
  • Every icon has a provenance.json that records each consumed copy with its SHA-256.
  • The bundled Inter and JetBrains Mono fonts are in .github/design/fonts/ with their OFL licenses.

• DESIGN.md:

  • adds the social-preview and profile components;
  • replaces the header and member-composition rules with the README first screen;
  • gives the Homebrew tap the App icon, since it distributes the App;
  • adds the shared workflows icon;
  • describes the website's layout.

• CI: lints DESIGN and checks the profile and social preview with the presentation action, pinned by commit. The organization check and source policy callers follow once github-workflows merges.

Validation

• DESIGN lint: zero errors, zero warnings.
• Framework icon lint: clean for 7 icons.
• profile check and social-preview check pass.
• Rendered with showxu/skills 36707036.
• Every member's social preview renders within the About line limits.
