Apache 2.4 requires a directory directive to use webroots outside of /var/www

I come across this every time I create a new instance in a different clone on 2.4 - Apache needs a

<Directory /path/to/your/kohaclone/>
        Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
        AllowOverride None
        Require all granted
</Directory>

in order to stop an infinite/incomplete redirect hitting the installer.

Possibly worth chucking in the apache configs for the instances when gitifying?
