Add a slot height setting for the calendar time grid, so short slots such as 15 minutes no longer make the day taller than the window. - New `slotHeight` setting (5-60 px, default 24) in Settings > Appearance > Time settings and in each calendar view's time grid options. - Passed through to the calendar's time grid; values outside the supported range are clamped and non-numeric values fall back to the saved height. - Named `slotHeight` because that is the time grid option that controls the rendered height of one slot, unlike a CSS zoom.
