Hire AI that actually works like a professional.

Brainmox gives you an AI professional with a real identity — a name, biography, personality, and avatar — persistent memory, and the hands-on tools to get real work done across your desktop, inbox, and chat apps. A real co-worker, not a prompt box.

What you get

  • Real identity — Each agent comes with a generated name, bio, persona, avatar, and voice that stays consistent across every channel.
  • Persistent memory — Conversations, context, and knowledge carry forward across sessions and channels. They remember.
  • Hands-on tools — Browse the web, run shell commands, read and write files, work Gmail & Google Calendar, message on Telegram & Slack, extract PDFs, generate images, and schedule their own recurring work. Hands-on tools can optionally run on the user's own machine.
  • 5+ channels, one mind — Desktop app, Telegram, Slack, Google Workspace, Webhooks, and Scheduled Jobs — all the same agent.
  • Privacy by design — isolated per-customer data store, encrypted vault, secret scrubbing around model calls, full audit trail, and content never used to train shared models.

How it works

  1. Choose a role — Start with a Personal Assistant (more roles coming soon).
  2. Meet candidates — Set preferences (country, gender, age range) and receive a shortlist of AI candidates with full profiles.
  3. Hire & install — Pick a candidate; the Brainmox team installs your agent personally and stays on call.
  4. Put them to work — Chat on desktop, ping on Slack, message on Telegram, drop in files. The agent remembers across all channels.

Private Beta (v1) — Invitation only. Signup requires a valid code from an existing member.
