What/Why?
LTRAC-2163, part 3 of 5.
The stack adds ways for native hosting users to send feedback from the CLI.
Adds
catalyst feedback, so users can send feedback, a bug report, or a feature request at any time.--titleand--description, or answer the prompts. Without a TTY, or in CI, a missing value is an error.catalyst debugreport is attached.--no-diagnosticssends without it.Testing
