I keep getting blocked by Smart App Controls. Php 8.4 works fine

Same problem for a week, Herd seems to work but something isn't working as it should. It occasionally needs to be restarted.
I get notification like:
Some CLI features may not work properly, and it is not possible to confirm who published php_spm.dll, which the app attempted to load.
This applies to various DLLs.

Dealing with the same issues, can't run any of my projects right now. Unsigned DLL's / PHP

Hm these are the official windows PHP builds distributed directly from php.net
Does this only affect 8.5 for you all?

Doesn't matter - installed php 8.5 diretcly in Herd -> PHP, switched from 8.4 to 8.5 -> rebooted = Same Issue.
Only workaround here is to disable Windows Smart App Control which is a No-Go. Herd worked fine before the latest update.

Having the same/similar issue. For quick test I just ran php -v for each version (as global) to check if Windows is complaining about any .dll. This is the current result for all available PHP versions for me.
