Bound live workers and preserve productive Curate results. Require metadata review before message bodies and per-call approval for Web. Curate could retain thousands of retired workers, stop continuous work early, or report failure despite useful results. Comms had no explicit thread review boundary, and Web controls could disagree across surfaces. This release repairs those paths and adds bounded desk admission, metadata-first Comms approval/revocation, shared per-call Web policy, runtime/PDF resolution, and the Zen/Rail layout fixes.
Document preflight also exposed missing PPTX extraction in bare workspace environments. Per-format interpreter selection preserves existing PDF/XLSX support; watched files now get deterministic vault extracts, with bounded iCloud download retries and protection against source changes, workspace switches, lost receipts, and deletion of previous vault copies.
Updates release notes, enterprise configuration, Help, CI, and synchronized version declarations to v0.12.19. Includes the previously untagged v0.12.17/v0.12.18 Editor fixes. The named pre-upgrade stash is preserved.
Validation:
Limits: Teams/Slack body ingestion remains blocked; approved email wiki ingestion requires a configured file-capable CLI. Live enterprise tenants and a real iCloud placeholder were not available for end-to-end testing; these paths use metadata/cloud fixtures plus the native download API check.
Final release corrections: portable runtime/service fixtures, deterministic Curate deadline, hermetic extractor selection, Windows executable discovery and POSIX receipt paths. Added the skill-shell parity handoff, with outcomes and acceptance gates for imported CE/curiosity-merge/okstratr.
