This milestone will be achieved by building a micropython for unix with a reduced feature set representing the ideal feature set for the Sega Megadrive. This will mean removing things such as floats, network libraries, crypto libraries, etc. Achieving this milestone will mean that I have something worth porting to the Megadrive. At the moment micropython is far too complex to consider beginning work on a port.
