Adds an AGENTS.md harness doc covering build, test, CI and conventions, and migrates many parser tests onto the shared NFluent extensions (IsOkParsing, IsOkLexing, HasError) in place of hand-rolled error assertions. Several migrated error tests, such as the indented-while TestInfiniteWhile variants, TestLexicalError and TestEbnfOneOrMore, now match on error type and message needle and no longer pin line, column or error count. Tests like TestAlternateChoiceOptionDiscardedTerminal set CurrentCulture to en so message matching is stable, but they never restore it, so the setting can leak into other tests.
