Changes

One PR with all the dependabot bumps from today, so CI runs once and the lock file is resolved once:

Dependabot closes its PRs on its own once these land on develop.

User experience

No user-facing change. pydantic 2.14.2 is a patch release; the Parser and Event Handler suites pass with it.

Verification

uv lock --upgrade-package ... for each package, uv sync --locked --all-extras, then ruff check, mypy aws_lambda_powertools (clean on 339 files) and the full unit and functional suites: 3891 passed, the only failures are the three known flaky tests (test_append_context_keys_handles_empty_dict, test_log_dict_key_strip_nones, test_datadog_write_to_log_with_env_variable), which fail the same way on develop. Written with an AI assistant; I ran everything above myself.
