This PR adds a way to opt out from sentry error tracking and launch analytics
The reason I don't do it opt-in because as we all know - nobody bothers to enable it ever, which makes my life, as developer, much harder because I have no idea when app crashes, why it crashes and where. And explanation "it crashes when i tried to play song" isnt really helpful in any more or less complex app.
Because of that I decided to make it opt-out. There's no any private or personal data shared anyway, but now there's way to completely turn it off.
