Update to proton-j 0.35.0 and add configuration options to allow control of new proton-j options added as part of that release Add new option maxTransfersPerDelivery with default of 65535 Add system property configuration to the TLSEncode object to update maxDecodeDepth and zeroWidthArrayElementLimit values for the proton codec in case of a backwards compatible issue a user might face.
