Release 0.4.1 adds macOS 14+ Apple Silicon Metal wheels to PyPI alongside the existing Linux CUDA 12.8 wheels. Downstream packages can declare qwentts-cpp-python>=0.4.1 and let pip select the native wheel by platform.
Bump both version declarations and document direct PyPI installation on macOS. Keep the existing Hugging Face 0.4.0 examples for the separately published backend variants.
Validation: confirmed 0.4.1 is not published on PyPI; version declarations match; git diff --check passed. The publishing workflow change was validated and merged separately in #25.
