Bug reports and feature requests for Logic Plugin Organizer, a Mac app that scans every Audio Unit installed on your Mac, classifies them offline, and writes the result into Logic Pro's own tag database so your plug-ins are organized the next time you open Logic.
There is no source code here. This repository exists so that reports have somewhere public to live, where you can see what has already been raised and what is being worked on.

Logic Plugin Organizer cannot be bought or downloaded yet. It is not on the Mac App Store and direct purchasing is not open. The price on the product page is final; the checkout is still being set up.
Open an issue at Issues. The more of this you can include, the faster it can be reproduced:
- What you did, what happened, what you expected instead. In that order, in plain words. A single sentence is fine.
- Your macOS version (Apple menu, About This Mac) and your Logic Pro version.
- Roughly how many plug-ins the app scanned, from the count in its toolbar. Behaviour at two thousand plug-ins is not always the behaviour at two hundred.
- The plug-in involved, by name and manufacturer, if the problem is about one of them.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see. If it is about what Logic shows rather than what the app shows, a shot of Logic's own Audio FX menu is the useful one.
If something went wrong while writing to Logic, say whether Logic Pro was running at the time and whether you had used Apply before on the same library.
Licence keys, serial numbers or account details for any plug-in. Issues here are visible to everyone, and nothing about a bug report needs them.
How Logic Pro builds its plug-in menus documents where Logic keeps its tag database, how a colon in a category name becomes a submenu level, why a category named "Audio Units" does not merge into Logic's own, and how the menu sorts. All of it was measured against a live copy of Logic Pro rather than inferred, and several of those behaviours are the reason a category can appear somewhere unexpected.
