Derive the generator's semantic-core base from the manifest's declared semantic.semantic_core. Delete the baseline-0.1.0 fixture, the additive compatibility tests, the baseline-reading manifest tests, NFR-001 with its criteria and test rows, the FR-003 baseline and version-literal criteria, the freeze-mechanism text in spec.md, the @typespec/compiler version in the Node error text, and version, revision and origin/main prose in the spec, manifest comments, tests and IT-002. Removes recorded pins, frozen baselines and hand-typed version copies (owner rulings D1/D2);
semantic.semantic_corestays as the one declared pin.scripts/generate-schemas.mjsderives the semantic-core base fromsemantic.semantic_core(conftest already did). Emitted schemas are byte-identical (make schemas-checkpasses, no regeneration diff).tests/fixtures/baseline-0.1.0/,tests/test_additive_compatibility.py, the three baseline-reading tests intest_manifest_semantic.py(TC-042/043/047), NFR-001 andspec/non-functional/, FR-003-CON-2/CON-3/AC-3/AC-7 and the baseline sentences, the freeze-mechanism text inspec.md, and TC-100..103.@typespec/compiler 1.15.0clause from the Node error text,0.3.0/0.2.0prose in FR-002/FR-003/spec.md, version comments inmanifest.yaml, thequire-rs v0.31.0revision prose, recorded coverage/test counts inspec/tests.md, and the "built from main / (source, ref, sha)" prose in IT-002.Gates: pytest 197 passed / 2 xfailed (control on main: 205 / 2; the delta is the deleted baseline tests), ruff, black, schemas-check all pass.
