BREAKING CHANGE: package is now ESM ("type": "module").
- Converts index.js from CommonJS to native ESM.
- Bumps yeoman-generator ^5 -> ^8 (ESM-only) and re-pins the composed
sub-generator deps to their ESM majors (generator-app-common-lib ^4, and the
composed generators). Sub-generators are imported as default ESM classes and
composed via this.composeWith({ Generator, ... }).
- Migrates tests Jest -> Vitest (yeoman-test ^6 -> ^11, yeoman-environment ^3 -> ^4);
coverage preserved at 100%. resolve.dedupe:['yeoman-generator'] for instanceof;
lcov reporter added for codecov.

Track B generator ESM migration (APPBLD-4615), L2 composite. Native ESM + yeoman-generator ^5->^8; re-pins the composed sub-generator deps to their published ESM majors (hub ^4 + composed generators). Jest->Vitest (yeoman-test ^11, yeoman-environment ^4; resolve.dedupe:['yeoman-generator']; lcov reporter for codecov). Validated against the real published ESM sub-deps: 100% coverage, lint + validation green.
