Smoke run 4, 2026-09-14, dev build at 5982958, run alongside NEXUS SMOKE-LAP-01 items 8–12. Docs only: spikes/SPIKE-RESULTS.md.

Item Result
1.10 HMR under host CSP PASS. The wordmark changed to PROJECT BOARD · HMR. The operator saw it "changed in place" with "no new red errors" in the Console, and Vite logged hmr update /src/views/Dashboard.svelte, not a page reload. Reverted; git diff is empty.
1.2 fleet regression canary Dropped. Needs real units in fleetd, meaning agent containers and real spend. Deferred until Dispatch exists.
1.7 park-on-overlay Dropped, same reason.

This is the first rigorous 1.10 result; run 2 recorded "worked incidentally, operator did not observe". GAP-011 in docs/testing/PLAN.md can take it as a manual pass on the next testing-plan run. Its status is human-owned and was not edited.

Related, found in the same run (filed in NEXUS): the Project Board's Halyard lane read "unreachable" because halyard's CLI exits 0 with no output when installed through npm link (NEXUS GAP-S12). The board reported that correctly; the defect is in halyard.

Run alongside NEXUS SMOKE-LAP-01 items 8-12 on 2026-09-14, dev build at 5982958. 1.10: the operator watched Dashboard.svelte's wordmark change in place with no reload and no new Console errors; Vite logged an hmr update, not a page reload. The edit was reverted. First rigorous 1.10 result; GAP-011 can take it on the next testing-plan run.

1.2 and 1.7 were dropped: both need real units in fleetd (agent containers, real spend) and are deferred until Dispatch exists.
