The promotion releases the reviewed teardown policy; it adds no native cwd control.

What changed

• Include PR fix(teardown): allow cleanup after a verified Herdr pane move #415, which removes the persistent-cwd gate after a verified Herdr pane move
• Retain approval, data-preservation, other-session, merge, and Orca safeguards
• Disclose possible deleted-directory errors before removal approval
• Finish own-checkout cleanup in one shell invocation rooted at main
• Release the matching manifests at 0.57.5

• The teardown skill changes its Herdr path for Pi, Codex, and Claude Code
• A removal decision can destroy files; all existing approval and preservation checks remain mandatory
• Sessions without a host still need a persistent cwd change; Orca retains its attached checkout
• No CLI logic, dependencies, or generated outputs change
• The promotion moves main and dispatches the version tag
• Reverting the policy cannot recover files removed during teardown
