**Completion evidence:** Protected implementation PR #111 merged as squash
`49eecbba860f01c6a0d85aca52e3929a0c4aac4f` on 2026-08-22. Linux amd64,
native Linux arm64, macOS arm64, and Windows amd64 each passed root module
verification, build, tests, examples, generated-service dependency resolution,
and generated-service build before merge. CodeQL, dependency review, both
API-check and Go test matrices, PostgreSQL and Redis contracts, fuzz,
governance, lint, mutation, analysis, and PR-title validation also passed.
Strict `master` protection now requires all four `platform-core` contexts,
bound to the GitHub Actions app, while retaining every prior required check.
Local `make finalize`, the actions audit, documentation checks, Windows test
compilation, cross-builds, portable manifest/traversal contracts, and the
generated-service build contract passed before review. The preserved
`archive/legacy-master-e216516` implementation from commit `78e6c932` was
revalidated and adapted to current runner labels, workspace boundaries,
generated dependency resolution, deterministic LF checkouts, and rooted
cross-platform generator paths.
