Mobile Digital Twin: an internal platform that helps Denmark's largest telecom network operator decide where and how to upgrade its mobile network.

- Radio coverage simulation, ML-based throughput prediction, geospatial SLO analysis (PostGIS, dbt), cost-vs-impact scoring for site upgrades
- Kubernetes via Helm, GitLab CI/CD and ArgoCD · Azure Data Lake · Snowflake · MLflow
- Migrated cloud inference → private on-device LLM inside a React Native + Flutter product: 4-bit ~1.8B model on a 4GB Android, p95 2.4s → 380ms (6.3× faster), cloud serving spend −71%, accuracy tradeoff stated honestly.
