An ontology of genes present in Drosophila melanogaster scRNAseq data. Gene annotations include gene groups and GO molecular function annotations taken from FlyBase. It also labels and types the FlyBase stocks, strains and genetic entities that vfb-scRNAseq's Samples link (its metadata/FlyBase_entity_list.txt).
The edit version, src/ontology/VFB_scRNAseq_genes-edit.owl, is autogenerated and should not be changed manually.
