fix: send payment_received after manual confirmation and email verification (GH#2055) - #2064
Sends payment_received (customer receipt and admin notice) in two paths that sent nothing:
Admin confirms a pending manual payment (Payment_Edit_Admin_Page::handle_save()).
A free signup is activated after email verification (Customer_Manager::maybe_verify_email_address()).
Both call the new Payment_Manager::maybe_trigger_payment_received(), which fires trigger_payment_processed() once per payment. A wu_payment_received_sent payment meta flag, also set by handle_payment_success(), prevents duplicates on re-save or repeat verification.
Testing
phpcs and PHPStan (pre-commit hook) pass on the changed files; php -l clean.
NOT runtime-verified: this runner has no WP test library or dev WordPress, so phpunit and the Mailpit scenarios were not run. No tests were added. CI runs phpunit.
Adds a once-per-payment payment_received trigger for manual payment confirmation and post-verification free signups. Static checks pass; runtime behaviour is unverified locally and relies on CI.
aidevops.sh v3.39.49 plugin for OpenCode v1.19.0 with claude-sonnet-5-5 spent 1m and 797 tokens on this as a headless worker.
