The SignPath onboarding test now passes end to end on Windows. Record the successful GitHub run, completed SignPath request, matching installer SHA-256, and temporary certificate trust cleanup in the active plan. Production signing remains pending its certificate and separate release acceptance.
Validation: Windows test signing run 38124632189 passed build, packaged Workspace smoke, signing, Authenticode verification, and signed-artifact upload. SignPath's completed request manifest matches the hash logged by Windows.
git diff --checkpassed for this documentation-only change.Previous PR #1780's clean-build passed. Its separate dev CLI Installer Smoke run 38124632243 was still in progress with no failed jobs when checked; it is not the SignPath acceptance run.
