Record the actual SignPath onboarding result: the Windows installer built successfully, passed packaged Workspace acceptance and PE metadata checks, and uploaded its artifact. Signing is blocked because the TraderAlice organization does not yet have the SignPath GitHub App installed.
The owner guide now includes the App installation and permission-review prerequisite. The active plan links the failed run and names the exact next action, without marking signature verification complete.
Validation: documentation-only follow-up; verified the hosted run's steps and error, the organization App installation listing, referenced links, and
git diff --check. #1605's hosted clean build passed. Local full-suite attempts exposed the unrelated baseline/path issues #1774 and #1777; the final short-temp run had 7,738 passed, 9 skipped, and one intermittent port collision (tracked separately), whose five tests passed immediately in isolation. No application source changed.
