Preserve allowed mentions on V2 edits, prevent concurrent placeholder substitutions from interfering, and escape form labels safely within Discord markdown limits. Add coverage for payloads, fallbacks, claim updates, and placeholder behavior.
Place V2 welcome message answer displays inside a container to preserve the dashboard component reservation and update related budget and payload tests.
Carry the last container's accent color onto the generated answers container and add coverage for colored, uncolored, and missing-container cases.
Add nonce-based retries for V2 welcome messages, prevent duplicate classic fallbacks, resolve mentionable form selections correctly, and enforce embed limits for survey responses.

Trim oversized form responses, preserve Markdown block boundaries and grapheme clusters when splitting answers, and truncate ticket closure reasons safely. Add coverage for the new limit handling and promote uniseg to a direct dependency.
