Automated sync of crates/nzb-web at rustnzb monorepo commit 12b5d09 (version 0.4.24).

The monorepo owns nzb-* version numbers; this PR carries its current tree across (manifests rewritten to build standalone by ci/crate-export.sh). After merge, publish v0.4.24 from a v0.4.24 tag on this repo — see rustnzb docs/RELEASING.md.

Standalone commits this sync overwrites, accepted in rustnzb ci/sync-accept.txt:

• 04367ff fix: fill retry_data when recording history (fix: compile against nzb-core 0.2.18 HistoryEntry.retry_data #19) — accepted: retry_data: None was a compile shim against nzb-core 0.2.18; the monorepo persists real retry checkpoints, and its queue_manager.rs/sabnzbd_compat.rs supersede the older standalone copies (WI-168)

No blockers (head 1e4cc01). Diff re-checked: no deletions; .github, ci, LICENSE and renovate.json intact; tree matches the rustnzb monorepo export at 12b5d09; required checks green. Merging per operator approval (WI-168).
