No blockers (head b3cae7e). Diff re-checked: no deletions; .github, ci, LICENSE, renovate.json, CLAUDE.md and Cargo.lock intact (Cargo.lock refreshed against nzb-nntp 0.2.26 / nzb-decode 0.1.5, resolves with --locked); tree matches the rustnzb monorepo export at 0a2c374. Admin-merging per operator approval (WI-168). |
