Adds Floodtide, a Mac app updater, to System Tools as a native Apple Silicon app: the 1.4.3 build linked from the appcast is a universal binary, and lipo -archs on Floodtide.app/Contents/MacOS/Floodtide reports x86_64 arm64, with minimum macOS 13.0 and Developer ID team 2789Z6VPPC. I am the developer; the change is one README line in alphabetical order, committed on my fork's master because the repo asks contributors not to create branches.
