What's here started from my own use cases and curiosity — a thing I needed, built the way I wanted it. Small, local-first, offline by default.

mdview — read local Markdown and HTML in a browser tab that stays open after the terminal closes. Python stdlib only, renders offline, themeable down to a medieval parchment with a drop cap.
