Improve README demo assets and prepare ethical launch materials

Goal

Create a high-conversion, technically credible landing page and coordinated launch kit.

Scope

• Refine the ten-second value proposition without unsupported performance claims.
• Add an executable under-one-minute quickstart.
• Produce a reproducible terminal demo and small screenshot or recording.
• Draft Show HN, Reddit, LinkedIn/X, and Dev.to copy under docs/launch/.
• Add a launch checklist and correction/rollback plan.

Acceptance criteria

• Sample output and live inference are clearly distinguished.
• Latency claims state hardware and methodology.
• No claim that OpenDecision guarantees safety or prevents every injection.
• Project affiliation is disclosed in outreach drafts.
• Community rules are respected; no bots, purchased stars, fake accounts, spam, or deceptive engagement.
• Nothing is posted or deployed without explicit approval.
