Build the five backup CLI release targets with Go 1.26.6. A new release tag is required after merge to replace the vulnerable v0.8.3 assets.
Validation: tests and all five target builds passed; govulncheck clean; fresh Trivy and Grype scans report 0 medium-or-higher findings.
