Smart Tree note

SocioProphet/smart-tree has Issues disabled, so track its State Integrity adoption here until its issue tracker is enabled.

Smart Tree should report object graph counts, freshness, churn, tombstones, orphan state, repair state, and migration generation status.

Rollout order

1. Implement schema validation and CLI in sourceos-syncd.
2. Add policy decision vocabulary in policy-fabric.
3. Add substrate trust checks in agentplane.
4. Add evidence records in lampstand.
5. Add memory lane reporting in memory-mesh.
6. Add object graph lane reporting in smart-tree.
7. Add estate health scorecards in delivery-excellence.

Status (2026-07-18): The sourceos-syncd implementation slice (issue #1) is now complete and closed. This issue tracks the cross-repo estate rollout, which remains in progress. The syncd CLI and State Integrity Report contracts are the prerequisite; downstream repos (policy-fabric, agentplane, lampstand, memory-mesh, smart-tree, delivery-excellence) will consume these in their own implementation cycles. Leaving open as the estate-level tracking item.
