What changes
Adds read-only root PR tests for main and develop. Manual desktop and Docker builds run against the selected ref. The Linux Flatpak, Debian and AppImage outputs can be selected individually or together.
Packages AppImage in a pinned container from the shared Linux payload, retains dependency caches, checks the extractor and stages the selected installers and checksums. Release tags still select every platform.
Adds CI.md, GIT.md and Linux download buttons.
Pins today's desktop, core, native-agent and memory fork changes. These include the Rules sidebar, scoped rule tools and first read, project file rules and skills, and structured agent questions and notifications.
Fixes Windows ConPTY startup by answering its initial cursor-position request before writing shell commands. The real Windows PTY test requires a marker the input itself cannot satisfy.
