• docs: bump version references to 0.59.0 — CITATION.cff, docs/antora.yml, Android tutorial coordinates.
• release: 0.59.0 — gradle.properties.
• docs: regenerate operator and kernel matrices at 0.59.0 — version lines only.

Contents since 0.58.0: #1344 (erf, gelu(approximate = false)) and #1346 (LoweringSpec / stablehlo.composite, GeluApproximationLegalizationPass, @Lowering), closing #1342.

Deprecation note: the 0.58 changelog scheduled the io-core aliases for ERROR in 0.59. They stay at WARNING in this release and the schedule moves one minor (ERROR in 0.60, removed in 0.61), in line with SKaiNET-transformers 0.59.0. The changelog version note says so.
